12. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Opt-In

When you submit your phone number through our booking form at growthwave.digital/book, you are opting in to receive text messages from GrowthWave Digital (a brand operated by Vanlex Commerce LLC). Opt-in is voluntary and is required only if you wish to receive SMS communication about your appointment. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in.

Program Description & Message Types

The SMS program delivers transactional and conversational messages directly related to your engagement with GrowthWave Digital, including: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notifications, follow-up communications from your account representative, and service-related updates relevant to your discovery call or active engagement.

Message Frequency

Message frequency is recurring and varies based on your booking activity and ongoing conversation with our team — typically 2 to 6 messages per month.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. GrowthWave Digital does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-Out & Help

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at admin@growthwave.digital or (844) 944-1901. Opting out of SMS will not affect appointments you have already scheduled.

No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data

No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors supporting the messaging service (for example, our SMS platform provider used to deliver the messages) is permitted but limited strictly to that operational purpose. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for any other reason.

Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
